K-Stone SMC Thermoset
What are they made from?

90% SMC, or Sheet Mold Compound, which is a high-performance thermoset material consisting of resin

10% Fiberglass & Resin fillers
This creates a 5mm thick wall system in multiple stylish finished that’s waterproof, scratch-resistant, and mold-proof!
HIGH-DURABILITY BLEND
Our products are composed of over 90% SMC, combined with fiberglass and fillers. This compositions ensures exceptional material durability and performance, making them resistant to damage like cracks and deformations.
THERMOSET TOUGHNESS
Our manufacturing process involves high heat and pressure, which ensures the material retains its shape and structural integrity, even under extreme conditions. This makes it highly durable and suitable for long-term use!
K-STONE THICKNESS
5mm thickness, not only offering strength and quality, but also ensuring colored patterns to ensure the best performance.
Acrylic & Fiberglass are usually 3mm or less.
LOW MAINTENANCE
SMC’s durable surface resists stains, scratches, and everyday wear. This means less repairs and cleaning, making it the ideal choice for high-traffic areas, reducing maintenance costs over time.

On average a standard sized 3 x 5ft tiled shower has between 300 – 600ft of grout lines. This allows water, moisture to soak through into your walls.

Requires regular maintenance to try to prevent Mold & Mildew, Grout is meant to be-sealed every 6-12 months.
